Does my bike come fully assembled?
All bikes purchased online are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box to ensure safety during transit. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and instructions, but we recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apparel like padded cycling shorts cannot be returned once worn.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
Each product page features a specific size guide based on your height and inside leg measurement. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability. You can also contact our experts for a personalized recommendation.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects (often lifetime or 5-10 years depending on the brand) and a 12-month warranty on non-consumable components like shifters and derailleurs.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, you can purchase your bike or accessories online and select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. If the item is in stock at your local hub, it is usually ready for pickup within 2-4 business hours, professionally built and safety-checked by our mechanics.
